Terms of Service – International Print House

1. General Information
These Terms of Service define the rules for using services provided by International Print House, operated by CORNELIUS PILAVA (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider").
The Service Provider offers professional UV printing services, template cutting, and custom production on materials such as leather, canvas, wood, plastics, and other substrates.

2. Nature of Services
All services provided by the Service Provider are custom and made-to-order, based on individual client requirements.
Each order is processed based on:
- a submitted inquiry, and
- an individual quotation prepared by the Service Provider.
Due to the custom nature of the services, no fixed price list applies to all orders.
3. Inquiry and Quotation Process
- The Client submits an inquiry via website form, email, or other communication channels.
- The Service Provider prepares an individual quotation based on:
- project specifications
- materials
- dimensions
- complexity
The quotation is valid for a specified period indicated in the offer.
4. Order Acceptance
An order is considered binding and accepted only after:
- explicit confirmation by the Client (email or system confirmation), and
- acceptance of the quotation terms, and
- completion of payment or agreed deposit (if applicable).
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order without providing a reason.
5. Pricing and Currencies
All prices are provided individually in quotations and may be expressed in one of the following currencies:
- EUR (Euro)
- PLN (Polish Złoty)
- GBP (British Pound)
- USD (US Dollar)
Currency selection depends on client preference and transaction context.
6. Payment Methods
Online payments are processed via Mollie payment provider.
Available payment methods include:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- BLIK (where available)
Payment processing is handled securely by the external payment provider. The Service Provider does not store sensitive payment data.
The order will not proceed until payment is successfully completed (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Order Fulfillment
Production begins only after:
- order acceptance, and
- confirmed payment.
Execution time depends on:
- project complexity
- material availability
- production queue
Estimated timelines are provided individually.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:
- Clients may request a refund within 14 days, unless the service has already been fully performed or production has started with the Client's consent.
Due to the custom nature of services, the right of withdrawal may be limited once:
- production has begun, or
- materials have been prepared specifically for the Client.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed using the original payment method.
9. Complaints
Clients have the right to submit complaints regarding service quality.
Complaints should be submitted via email and must include:
- order details
- description of the issue
- supporting documentation (e.g., photos)
The Service Provider will review complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
10. On-Site / Physical Services
Certain services may be provided on-site at a physical location, subject to:
- prior agreement
- individual pricing
- logistical arrangements
These services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
11. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- providing correct and complete project specifications
- ensuring that submitted materials (graphics, files, designs) do not violate third-party rights
- approving final specifications before production
The Service Provider is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect input provided by the Client.
12. Liability
The Service Provider performs services with due professional care.
Liability is limited to the value of the order, unless otherwise required by law.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- indirect damages
- delays caused by external factors beyond control
13. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
