  • Files are processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order
  • Files are stored securely using controlled-access storage (DigitalOcean Spaces)
  • Access is restricted to authorized users only (client and administrator)
  • Files are not indexed, publicly listed, or shared externally

The Service Provider does not verify or store sensitive identity documents unless explicitly required for service execution.

Personal data and assets are stored using secure technical and organizational measures.
